This most certainly is not House. Dream, the relatively unrecognized London producer, is now debuting in the US, signing with Skrillex's OWSLA label... and he is DOPE! This really reminds me of Dubstep back when it was first being born. Fundamental Dub at its best. Comparable, I would say, to fellow London producer, Rusko.
