B.O.B - So So (produced by Jim Jonson)

It's time for throwback Thursday, and I've got a fresh song from B.O.B aka Bobby Ray's "No Genre" album from two winters ago.  Not the farthest throwback ever, but this song was WAAAY under appreciated when "No Genre" dropped, and it was by far my favorite song off of the album.  It deserves a second run at the spotlight, so I'm bringing it back for all 30 of you who follow this blog.  After all, we are very exclusive over here at Here's Your Mixtape, so consider yourselves lucky.  You'll have better music than everyone else.

RL Grime - Flood

From the same guy who brought us the HUGE Trap anthem remix of Mercy comes yet another Trap banger.  This time, however, we get an original from New York City's RL Grime, and I like the way it sounds.  I stand by my usual argument that Trap music is going to be the next big thing, so to all you music lovers, get ahead of the game and download everything while its free.  Plus, in a couple months you'll be able to brag that you had it first!  Release your inner hipster.  Grime only asks us to like his Facebook page to gain access to all of his free downloads... A worthy price if you ask me.

Bro Safari - That A$$

I've been busy down here in Dallas, so its been hard to keep up with the posts.  Gotta keep the beats coming though, and I have a few I need to show you.  Bro Safari has started to emerge as a big player, first in the Moombahton scene, and now in the Trap scene.  This newest addition has a dirty sample with an even dirtier beat.  Whats not to love?

Birdy Nam Nam - Goin' In (Skrillex "Goin' Down" Mix)

I love Trap music and I LOVE Skrillex's new sound.  Ever since he came out with his trancy, Summit, he has been showcasing his versatility as a producer.  Summit, to me, sounded like a Deadmou5 production, and Zimmerman has been specializing in Trance/House for a long time.  I find that extremely impressive as well as I find it refreshing.  I think I can speak for a lot of people when I say Skrillex's old sound was getting a little repetitive.  All of his songs started to sound the same.  Anyway, here's what happens when Skrillex does Trap.  Enjoy.

Knife Party - Internet Friends (Revolvr Bootleg) MOOMBATON

Internet Friends has been one of the biggest electro sensations this year, and this is by far the best remix I have heard.  If you're not familiar with the song, you might recognize the signature catch phrase, "you blocked me on Facebook, and now your going to die!"  Revolvr takes the British accented computer voice to the next level with some added dialogue of his own (taking a much needed cheap shot at Level's while he's at it), and its absolutely hilarious.  As always, I'm a sucker for some original Moombahton.

Tomorrowland 2012 - Official Aftermovie

If you're like me, you probably have little to no tolerance for any Youtube video over 5 minutes long.  I hope you make an exception for this one.  For those of you don't know, Tomorrowland is the festival of all Festivals.  Imagine what you would get if Electric Zoo started dating Ultra, and then, to spice up their relationship, they called in their buddy EDC Las Vegas and had a giant threesome in Belgium, taking over the town of Schorre Boom.  To sum things up,  Tomorrowland is the ultimate, varsity raging experience, and it should be at the top of everyone's bucket-list.

Clique - Kanye, Big Sean, Jay Z

TALK ABOUT A POWER HOUSE LINE UP ON THIS SONG!  The beat it catchy, fresh, and it BUMPS.  Not to mention a few tight lines from the kings of hip hop themselves.  It seems Kanye and Jay have let Sean into their circle.... I'm curious to see where this friendship goes because if they keep making songs like this.....  I'll be a happy camper.
